Coffee Making Secrets

Here are some of the

Coffee Making Secrets for you take into consideration when

doing coffee so it will come the best coffee. The doing of a cup of fresh coffee it depends of many factors:

  1. The type of coffee bean you are using.
  2. The type of roasting the grains of green coffee have being exposed.
  3. The type of grinding you will do to the roasted coffee beans, that its depending on what type of machine you are going to use to  prepare the cup of coffee.
  4. The amount of time that the water will pass through the ground coffee
will determine the amount of acidity of the cup of coffee you’ll have.

Now, the best way to taste the freshly brewed cup of coffee, and is in my humble opinion is it should not contain any sugar. Only one  exception when doing the espresso (or capuccino), which is taken as a desert, or like after a good meal.

Let’s not forget that water is a other very important component of the coffee you will drink. You should use the best fresh and filtered water to get the real coffee taste.

The regular coffee (called “drip coffee”) is done by using a coffee maker in which you put the ground coffee powder (not very fine grounding, just a bit coarse) into a filter and then you add water. So, the force of gravity will make that the water will pass trough the filter that contains the grounded coffee and it will received on a cup or jar. This process will take approximately two minutes.

For this process you may use as well flavored coffees. There are two types of flavored coffees: the one that comes already in the coffee beans impregnated with this flavor or there are syrups you may add once the coffee or late or cappuccino will be ready.
